Ingredients
tomatoes - 4, small
mozzarella - 250 g
eggs - 2
milk - 100 ml (you can use vegan milk)
salt
ground black pepper
sandwich bread - 8 slices
ham - 4 slices
basil - 4 leaves
oil - for frying
Instructions
Rinse tomatoes and drain. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Whisk eggs with milk. Salt and pepper it.
Place a slice of ham on 4 slices of bread. Add mozzarella, tomatoes and chopped basil. Flavour with salt and pepper and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
Wrap the sandwiches in the egg mixture and fry it slowly in a pan with a heated oil from both sides.
